5-Amino-1MQ is a synthetic small molecule designed to inhibit the enzyme nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT).
How It Works:
5-Amino-1MQ blocks the activity of NNMT. This blocking action increases levels of NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), a molecule found in cells.
